LIST AVAILABLE PRODUCTS ONLY
- Please only list the products and mention its quantity which is ready available in your stock for immediate delivery. If item is out of stock then kindly update the status on your store too.

LIST NEW PRODUCTS ONLY
- Please only list New products. For used products, currently we have only single category i.e. used laptops. To add used products in other categories, kindly write us at: cs@charjishop.com

WRITE MAXIMUM DETAILS
- Please try to write maximum details of each product as you can understand that customer cannot physically see, touch or feel the item and it totally depends on what you describe and how you describe so write as much detail as you know including the origin.

PICTURE POLICY & GUIDELINE
- Please note that the pictures of your products shall not contain any contact details, watermark, etc. and should represent the actual exact nature of the product i.e. color, brand, etc. It should be clear, visible & big size (minimum 500 x 500 pixels). You should take pictures of your product from various angles and upload it in order for customer to better understand your offer.

- If any category is not listed, kindly contact us on cs@charjishop.com with your product detail and the required category name so that it can be added.

- If any brand, option or filter is not listed, kindly contact us on cs@charjishop.com with your requirement so that it can be added accordingly.

Once you have successfully created your seller account on CharjiShop.com, adding product is very easy.

Step 1
Click on Login/Register to login to your account.

Step 2
Enter your registered email address and password you created on CharjiShop and click on Login.

Step 3
Once you are logged in, you will see a link on your left hand side as "Add Product". Click it and then enter all the product details required in next steps.

Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

By joining our marketplace to sell your products through charjishop.com, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not apply to become partner/seller on charjishop.com.

Introduction:

www.charjishop.com website ("Website") is an Internet based e-commerce portal operated by Charji Shop, an online company based in Islamabad - Pakistan. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. CharjiShop.com at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

User Account, Password, and Security:

You will create a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify CharjiShop.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. CharjiShop.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with comply with our TOS.

As a seller, you agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload products, description, messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:

defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;
upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another's computer,
conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;

that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or

Any Content uploaded by you shall be subject to relevant laws and may disabled, or and may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the privacy policy of the Site, we may terminate your account/block your access to the Site and we reserve the right to remove any non-compliant Content uploaded by you.

User Warranty and Representation:

The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that you are the owner of the product or content which you submit or otherwise authorized to use the content and that the content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of others. You further warrant that to your knowledge, no action, suit, proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any content, including trademark, trade name service mark, and copyright formerly or currently used by you in connection with the Services rendered by CharjiShop.com.
